A great example of a decent wine in an excellent vintage.
Scent of plum, tobacco, mint, and leather. Flavors of blackberry, black cherry, earth, and a bit of pepper, with medium tannins that have softened and are well integrated at this point. Finish lasts around 50 seconds. Very enjoyable, but drink now before the fruit fades.

Very classical cabernet that is ready to drink. Not the most complex but excellent and well done. A steal at this price point.

Really strong Bordeaux that needs a LOT of time to breath. Overwhelming. A little unbalanced.

Aug 2nd, 2016I loved the white so much, I wanted to try the red. A nice expression of Graves. A pleasant amount of muscle to last, but tasting great after decanted.
