Clean, light golden, stone fruit aromas with citrus notes. On the palate ripe peaches, apricots and lemon citrus notes, Semillon giving tremendous body. Medium finish, god balance ending with creamy oaky character. Nice. Tasting Sample.

Quick notes from a charity dinner event. The first bottle. Initial nose was earth and hint of barnyard. Probably too chilled. As it warmed up, lovely mix of tropical and citrus fruits. Good texture and crisp acidity. A good start.

There is gun powder, crushed rocks, lemon, a bit of spices too and a floral thing (white flowers). Very interesting nose. The palate is very dry with lemon all along a very strong acid backbone. A strong grip, a lively mouthfeel and a long and fresh finish with flowers and lemon. Perfect pairing with oysters.
