While the 2012 was listed on the wine menu, and we were bummed it wasn’t available (it’s absolutely singing rn), we really loved the 2016. Same profile—big bold red w good acidity and an earthy taste. Big tannins too. This is delicious but a little too young. Will be great in another 3-5 years or more.

Still super young, but briming with promise and complexity! Elegant dark plums and berries, subtle spice, licorice, sweet anise scented herbs, and a beautifully delicate yeastyness. Elegant and full bodied with soft, supple tannins. Pronounced intensity on the palate and nose. Fucking yum!
