Opened this bottle for lunch and by the time I'm done with dinner, it's coming around. Kinda awkward, would be fruitier 5 years ago, and should be more developed in another 5 years.... It's got the social behavior of a grad student who's about to graduate without an offer, attending an industry event... Anxious but not quite there.
