Light on the tip of the tongue with prominent pear but it's not too much. Really a nice pairing with grilled whole chicken on a hot day

Actually the Proprietary White Blend - waiting on identification. Nice - a little sweet but still pretty dry and crisp. Gewurztraminer, Chardonnay and SB.
