2011. Opened up nicely. Holds up really well with squash soup, steaks, elk, and more. Always one of the favorites.

Vegetal structure, second time I have tried it. Not worth the money. Paired with a ribeye and didn't hold up to it. The tanins faded and the herbaceousness was overpowering.
