CVed 10/28/16. Nose has a Sherry note that persists. Beneath it earthy and herbaceous notes. But very elegant and balanced on palate with suppleness. Finish long but got that funky note and acids. Not as impressive as the 1984. Z Auction. Opened 2/14/17. Comments the same with that barnyard more still obvious on nose but again balanced and went really well with V day steak dinner. Upping from 8.9 to 9.0.
