Clos du Tue-Boeuf
Le P'tit Blanc du Tue-Boeuf Menu Pineau Sauvignon Blanc

This is fun! Oxidative on the nose to where it's reminiscent of a Sherry. Cloudy, dull clarity. Tons of earthy minerality on the palate with more Sherry notes coming through. Dry lingering finish showing tremendous restraint towards sour. Nice medium lush body. Because this wine has so many interesting things going on with it, it will make you think as it evolves over the course of the meal/bottle. Get ready for a ride!

Not yer NZ style SB. Nice and drinkable (if it was a beer they'd call it sessionable)

2013. Pure Touraine SB here. Crisp lemon and wet rocks. Mouth-watering acidity.
