Licorice and cedar on the nose with some ripe raspberry jam. Dark red fruit, warm spices and very smooth tannins on the palate.

Quoth the sommelier: "I think this what Bordeaux is going for but I like this better." Reminiscent of that Graves that one time.... rich but not forceful, best after the main event than right alongside, where its character can complement the memory of other flavours without having to shout alongside them. Very good.
