Quoth the sommelier: "I think this what Bordeaux is going for but I like this better." Reminiscent of that Graves that one time.... rich but not forceful, best after the main event than right alongside, where its character can complement the memory of other flavours without having to shout alongside them. Simply delightful for the price. Vins de Pays de l'Ardèche - black cherry juice and thats about it, some tannin showing in the end. Sometimes thats quite all we need. Acceptable and quaffable. — 8 years ago
