Excellent. Was worried I was opening too early due to a past experience with Clos de Mez (but the Morgon). I did give it a solid 5 hours of air. With a slight chill and paired with some chicken thighs just delicious. Great balance of fruit, earth, minerality, bit of spice, and acid. Nice long finish with good persistence. One to seek out. Great value too.
