Big but quite good. Almost reminds of of southern Rhone somehow? Large dark fruit and that interesting herbal almost cab like background. A full mouthfeel as well. Had it with rich short ribs cooked in wine and buttery mashed potatoes and it was excellent. A great stand in for a big napa cab (like a real napa cab not just a chemical fruit bomb). But also significantly less in price.
