Rich right bank Bordeaux. Full bodied. Hit on all cylinders from the beginning until the end. Dark fruit that transitioned from the front of your mouth to your cheeks as the tannins kicked in. Smooth finish.

Merlot très compacte. Pas aussi charmeur que j’aurais aimé

Definitely drinking young. Medium purple color. Nice nose of black cherry and tar, but definitely tight. Wine was nice; with vanilla, cherry, and tar. Medium finish. Very nice wine and this time I totally agree with Spectator’s score but it will take 7-10yrs to get to that level.

Beautiful wine, on the dry side but it hit all the high notes.
