20% aged in oak (Roussanne), with Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Bourbolenc. Pear, white peach, spread by flowers, some mealy, wheaty notes. Very lightly creamy. Dry, light phenolics, quite vibrant acidity, closed on the finish. Very saliney, mineral. Quite clean and not too heady.

2016 vintage. 30 Grenache Blanc 30 Clairette 30 Roussane 10 Bourboulenc. Blanched almond, beeswax, linden leaf, lemon pith, white grapefruit peel, lots of minerals. Acid definitely overrides any waxiness in texture. Good typicity.
