Med-high acid. Fruit forward and medium finish. Clean red fruit. Very refreshing. I feel it may benefit of a little more time in bottle.

Jul 13th, 2021Cherry pie, raspberries, lemongrass, and a bit of barnyard. Despite the barnyard, it comes off as super clean and well-integrated. Lengthy tart finish. The serious side of straight delicious.
