Pureté de Silex Brut Crémant de Loire Blanc White Blend

NV. Darn, this is an excellent Cremant. Hand harvested. Sorting of grapes. There are four varieties in this wine: Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Smell with sour apples, a yeast impression and minerals. Vibrant taste. Really very good.

Best Cremant we have had. Like liquid rocks.

After a semester in Angers I'd say this is the purest Crémant I've had. Also, yes, that's Star Wars in the background 😂
