Interesting. Strong wine in a medium body envelope. Can’t say I love the varietal or the flavor profile, but I respect it. High toned but potent. Feels like it’s straining, reaching. Female vintner. Cool.

Well balanced with a subtle aroma. Starts with a hint of sweetness for only a second and finishes dry. Perfect combo with a big salad and steak.

Brilliant in the balance, but rubber at the end with bitterness and nose that effects a world class body, one of the best bodies out there

the label is misleading because this wine is remarkable: southern variety with roasted aromas, liquorice, cloves, mocha, with a certain intensity, while being very light. Vinified in carbonic maceration: Fruity / floral explosion "on black fruit". The whole is original and delicious. Somewhere between Languedoc and Beaujolais. Served chilled around 12-13 degrees. It’s perfect for summer.

Containment day 2: 100% (old) Carignan. An original, biodynamic wine, vinified like a Beaujolais, in carbonic maceration. Airy, feminine and sensual wine with strong "natural" accents.

Good stuff. 100 percent carignan from old stocks. Elegant, herbal.

Opaque in the glass. Bitter/gamey finish straight out of the bottle. After 30 minutes, dark raspberry with suede-like texture on the palate.

Good concentration, real smooth, ripe, balanced, less then $15.
