Feb 11th, 2015Cliff Creek Cellars 2008 Cab Franc. Nice pepper on the nose. Dark lush ripe plums. A little anise. Nice dry tannins. A little black licorice. I am sure as it sits it will loosen up a bit.

Smooth texture. Has a smokey taste that is reminiscent of Early Times. Would be paired beautifully with fish.
