Stunning fuschia (like a level up from electric pink)! Full with fine bubbles and ripe but also savory ripe cherry (verging on Ludens in a good way) with an almost nutty finish. So damn good.

I’m an unabashed fan of this wine- gently fizzy, crisply acidic, it is filled with plum, wild strawberry, raspberry, red current, black cherry and red cherry. Made by tank method so it is all about fruity primary aromas and flavors and it goes with a huge array of foods from pasta to porchetta.

Strawberries, watermelon. Juicy, elegant. So pure. Joyous.

Really light (but not tart!) and kind of the perfect thing to be sipping in San Francisco when you still feel like a red but it's 60 degrees outside.
