As always this wine kicks ass. This bottle showed more striking herbal character. Lemon balm, verbena, spring flowers, jalapeño, grapefruit zest. Great mineral notes. Has lost a little freshness than the last bottle. Still has great precision and weight behind it 50/50 stainless/barrel.
