On the palate this is quite focused, taut, with nice tension and beautiful depth. Fresh, cool, with juicy acidity and a mineral core underneath. The oak adding a touch of creaminess on the palate, seamlessly integrated. Mouthwatering drinkable and yet with quite some seriousness.
