Rich, broad mouthfeel with almost imperceptible bubbles. Bright golden color, lots of toasted nut and red apple skin aroma. Slightly dusty and oxidative, but in proper proportion. Very complete.

Just wow. Stunning freshness, lemon, soft vanilla, but buoyed by a suggestion of richness. Lovely acidity, density and mousse, so clean and refreshing. Just my style.
