At first, aroma was quite difficult for me. But later on, very smooth, some alcohol smell still remained. Rounded! Same color as th label. A certain period was nice. Later on a bit rich animal flavor. 5 days in refrigerator is okay. @1400, Xuheng - XH, 181130-181207

Jul 14th, 2017Wonderful wine. Deep red with big legs. Notes of apple and vanilla on the nose. Big bodied and well rounded. Low tannins. Low to medium sweetness, with stone fruit, sour apple, and oak. Excellent.

年夜饭配香肠腊肉，搭配有点奇怪，嗯，不过不影响评断。第一口居然是烟草的香味，然后缓缓而来赤霞珠和弗朗克的特有混合香味，雪松味被抑制了，红色成熟水果一直萦绕。
