Pale golden yellow, excellent clarity. Diesel and floral notes in nose with a hint of sulfite. Lemon, jasmine tea flavors with moderate skin astringency, minerality on finish. Later, unripe pineapple flavor emerges. Dry, austere fruit profile but definitely Riesling, a serious one for the fans of this variety.

This my second bottle of the 13. I had the first a few months ago and it has improved. The gravely nature of this wine has increased and brought with it a parade of flavor. I would like to try at 8-10 years as she is showing tremendous vigor at 3.
