Tame Priorat of pure Grenache. Medium color. Engulfing pallet with long finish and good acidity. Pleasant but not evolving much. Gave me the sniffles - which I think is a result of sulfites.

Fantastic! I was afraid that this might be going downhill, but that’s absolutely not the case. Black cherry, barnyard, leather, brambles, prunes, gorgeous dark fruit. Serious stuff that went great with an Italian stew with mushrooms, Parmesan and gremolata. Enjoy this one, NOW.

Feb 25th, 2018The 2007 was divine. So subtle with the tannins residing about 20 minutes after opening. If you're a Rhone fan I highly suggest dating this lady.
