Mandarine oranges in white cake, pineapple, allspice, and lemon custard suggestions, lead to a mouthful of creamy, clean-tasting magnesium and mint awash in orange-lime and foamy pineapple with a distinctly cannoli finish. Seems tamer than in past years, but possibly better.

This particular jai-alai is aged in white oak champagne barrels. It's a subtle difference, but it's just as excellent (if not slightly better) as the original!
