Complex, harmonious, beautifully herbal and loaded with clear and pure fruits. Saline and textural as always, but with the extra complexity and dimension of old vine, fastidious winemaking, and graceful bottle aging.

Damn. 2009? I’ve had a few and the ones that are on, are on. An argument for trying an aged rose. Delicious and intriguing.

150 year old vines, old-school grape varietal, and a tradition over 200 years old. This wine is not on everyone's radar but it is exceptional and age were in the rose

Wow. A rare rose that needs 5+ years. Amazing stuff.

Salty watermelon rind. Roses. Warm, savory orange. Enough acidity for grilled chicken. A lot of depth and character. Delicious.
