Crazy awesome Provence pink. Aged sous voile in foudres for a year. Bracing and salty. Brined blood orange and strawberry, garrigue, and a crushed seashell-esque saline minerality. Medium (+) acid, medium (-) body, bone dry. Absolutely killer with spaghetti squash carbonara!!

Perfect round acidity, light bodied, silky-oily texture, crisp long floral-nutty finish. Subtle, delicate and refined. Aged on the lees and under a veil of flor; like sherry. Unique!
