A Rose with some complexity! Good! Don't drink it too cold or it dulls some of the nice sherry notes. $36 might have been a little pricy for it, but very much enjoyed.

Wowza! This shit's complex and creamy! Not much fruit to speak of, bar the subtle notes of apricot. The floral notes are killer though, with white flowers polinating the experience. The flor aging comes through too, with intense yeastyness. Fucking yum!
