The nose is one of nice strawberry and nice red fruits with that typical Burgundian smell which I just love. At first taste the red fruit especially the strawberries pop out but falls off quick. There is a good minerality and nice tannins but seems to be a bit awkward. I may have it a bit to chilled and that may be causing some of the problems. I should let it come up to room temp them reassess. All in all it is a drinkable wine at the the $18 to $20 bones price range.
