Sweet and fruit-driven wine with a light to medium body and a taste of stone fruit. Barely acidic with a touch of spice. Mildly alcoholic finish and very firm tannins. (🎥 Red Notice)

I have no idea what the primary and secondary flavors are because there was soooo much alcohol blowing off my glass. Taste was ok for fuel, but it mostly reminded me of racing motocross with race gas, and of top-fuel funny cars running straight alcohol.

Fruity, fresh, rustic, jammy, sweet, bold, very acidic in the finish. I enjoyed this wine, which is not a traditional Cabernet Sauvignon. I would not consume this wine with steak or a nice meal. But it goes well with pizza or pasta, especially penne alla vodka. I do not expect this wine to get better with age, and in fact it will likely only lose its character and it’s freshness. But it serves well as an inexpensive wine to accompany comfort food.
