Jan 23rd, 2023On the nose, more than anything, I'd say it's aromas of chocolate... On the palate, there's blackberry, deep raspberry, black currant... This needed some time to breathe to really even be drinkable... Dark cherry starts coming through more... The heavy taste of wood chips at a lumber yard goes away a bit over time... Still feels like manufactured smoothness no matter how long you wait... Medium finish... This really didn't feel like something I wanted a second glass of...
