Moulin à Vent 2010, Christophe Pacalet. Nez fermé, même après 1 heure d'ouverture. La bouche quant à elle semble plus évocatrice; pivoine, framboise et poivre long. Un vin de soif avec un bon fond sérieux ( charnu et un poil généreux). Bu un mardi soir et accompagné d'une tomme de brebis et une terrine au foie gras. Agréable:)

Drinking tonight with Dad and Emmanuelle at Elliot’s @ Borough Market. Dark fruit on the palette, good depth and overall easy to drink. Went well with Prime Rib.
