Almost drank this before I started tasting it! It’s that good. Would have been a huge mistake. I would have missed the gorgeous soft fruits and delicate ripened pear and zesty lemon peels. There is this acidic minerality in this that zings and provides refreshment that you only get when your parched on a hot day. So good!

Extreme dryness to the point of aridity. Walnutty polish, oaky finish. Super clean. "This bunny has ears"--Katie Petridi
