2022/7/24, 26. Lot 2018, Oeil de Perdrix rosé from pinot noir and meunier. On day one, this was creamy, perfumed and luscious with a little air. Two days later, it was still very nice but was best drunk quite cool - as it warmed it felt a little candies and sweet.
