Jan 22nd, 2016Lucky to get some bottles direct from the source. Perfect condition. Absolutely stunning after 15 min of air. The age gave it more of a souther Burgundian texture but with all those oyster shell minerality you love about Chablis. Gave a pour to Jonah at GreekMans, and was watching his face react to a looooong 90 second finish that rocks your skull. Wow.

Aug 13th, 2022Clean dry wine with light body and pale lemon gold color. Light intensity on nose with citrus lemon and apricot. Light slippery body with medium acid. Tons of apricot and stony fruit. Pink grapefruit with diluted watermelon juice and rind with a short finish. Not too complex but great balance with acid and mild fruit. Medium low alcohol from the cooler climate. Great.

Jun 24th, 2017One of the better whites I've had in a while. Amazing. Let's see how the CHAVE L'HERMITAGE TASTES AFTER THIS ONE.

Jun 11th, 2016A bit reductive but quite mineral as such. Loads of limestone, sour cream and lemon. Seems like a few years could turn this into a fantastic wine
