Sancerre to my palate is becoming more new World. Had a glass at a good Cantonese restaurant on the Gold Coast. Passion fruit and tropical fruits on nose and palate. M minus acid. Not like the austere grassy mineral old school Sancerre of 20 years ago.

Floral, slightly green color, aromatic, balanced acidity, green apple, citrus, nice finish... just beautiful. It reminds me of a New Zealand Sav Blanc.
