Medium ruby, cherry blossom, lavender, fresh and juicy red and dark cherry, pomegranate, chalky minerality, elevated acid, pepper, rustic young tannins seemingly high and square, compost, 11% abv. 7 days maceration.

2014 Prologue. Holy moly! This is unadulterated fun! Love this wine more every vintage. Perfect with André Soltner roasted poussin with pan-roasted carrots and fingerlings.

Beautiful. Especially for a "prologue". Several more years of life I think.

Amazing stuff. Such purity and @10.5% abv incredible depth of flavor. Joy and deliciousness in a bottle.
