Floral, with white peach and saffron. Intense and compact. Malic acid plays with umami and leads to a very long finish.

Rich, off-dry style. Melons, Asian pear, white fig, white flowers. Seems sweeter than I would expect for a SMV of +5. Nice, relatively floral Junmai Ginjo.
