Chimney Rock Sauvignon Gris 2020: Great acidity. Rich texture. Fresh flavors. Tropical fruit. Citrus. Lemon curd. Long flavorful finish. A definite unexpected varietal at this predominantly Cabernet-driven winery. All in all, it was the perfect companion to a great day of exploring, tasting & playing in the vines! Cheers🍷
