Nov 1st, 2017I discovered Carmenere on my first trip to Santiago, Chile. While most if the bottles you would need to have imported, this one you can locate stateside. It is fairly dry with a hint of bark and fruit, though not sweet at all. This goes amazingly well with fish, seafood, and chicken.
