35% Macabeu, 35% Xarel-Lo, 30% Parellada., 11.5 ABV. Good food wine, different profile than expected, hosting dinner party and wasn’t paying much attention, though I did like the bitter almond notes from the Macabeu.

Light nose of citrus, tropical fruits, lemons, white pepper, minerals, herbs and lemongrass.
Light bodied with medium plus acidity and tiny bubbles.
Dry on the palate with limes, grapefruits, citrus and green apples.
Short finish with bitter almonds.
A nice Spanish sparkling wine. Refreshing, simple and crisp.
Better with food than just by itself.
Didn't go well with spicy food, though.
