Fun and tasting overload at last night's Wine Nerd Herd gathering generously hosted at @Martin G Rivard's wine den. Martin and Christine went above and beyond with fabulous food all night and unrivaled grace for such a large crowd. Thank you again! A special shout out to the many new friends from WNH all of whom I met face to face for the first time last night. The planets aligned to bring so many wine lovers together from all across the country to pop some corks and revel in the moment - enjoying the tasting and each other at one place in time. Truly the kind of evening the wine gods had in mind when fermenting the first grapes. I look forward to continuing a great friendship with you all and meeting again soon. Did someone say New York??

What's not to love. Aromas of Big black fruit and maple syrup glazed apples with deep roasted oak. Velvet mouth feel. Rich, warm finish. Happy Birthday to my beautiful wife! I love you
