Saint-Émilion Red Bordeaux Blend

1971 past due regrettably

Great vintage. Needs an hour to breath. Very well balanced. Full bodied. Smokey, leather, coffee, pepper, soy... brilliant!! This wine has all the right components to last another 10 years at least.

Tobacco. Currants. Complex. Lamb. 2007 drinking like a champ in 2015.

As good as it gets, incredible, fruity with a lot of berris, spicy but subtle
