Typical southern Bourgogne - exotic fruit, sweet honeysuckle and tarte au citron. Yet on the palate this is nicely balanced with juicy, green lemon acidity, some matchstick reduction and a mineral of streak in the finish. Quite complex and elegant - but only after min 1h decanting.
