2022 vintage. Very good value, tasted twice with consistent notes.

2022 vintage. A very serious wine for the price. Mainly Merlot, with some Cabernet Franc. Needs a bit of time to open up. Blackberries and spicy oak. Quite powerful and extracted. I would prefer a bit more finesse, but a solid effort for the price.

Cherry, black cherry, black currant, a bit of tar. The palate is made of a strong acid backbone, there is a bit of fruit here and there, a tangy touch on the sides, a bit of matter, some tannins with a drying effect in the rear, before a finish with fruit and a touch of bitterness. Your average Bordeaux rive droite
