Good straight forward example of Aussie Shiraz. The fruit is not overwhelming and the oak is pretty integrated. Good value.

Medium to full body. A layer if spicy that went very well with a steak dinner

Sweet black cherry fruit notes of milk chocolate sweet tobacco spice. Smooth red berry fruit with soft round tannins and a light spice and milk chocolate notes. Finish 35+ very good

Right out of the bottle it smelled and tasted like sherry, with lots of sweet raisin. Medium tannins and higher alcohol (14.5%). After opening for an hour, the tannins relaxed, but still it tasted like sherry. Not very complex and too alcoholic. Doesn't taste like a good shiraz. Appears to have been cooked.
