Columbia Valley Syrah Rosé
After the Ullo loved it! Could handle all the tannins otherwise.

Visual: Clear with a great pink hue, strong legs.
Nose: Strawberries and hints of sweetness
Body: Light
Palate: Strawberries and melon. Very little residual sugar.
How to serve: Best Served chilled, Can be at room temperature.
Overall: Good wine that has very little residual sugar. Flavors of strawberries and melons. This is a well balanced wine that would be good cold or at room temperature. Light fruity almost effervescent. Very versatile wine. Light fruity almost effervescent.
Pairing Notes: Pairs with cocktail shrimp, creamy cheeses, spicy cheeses, meats, fresh fruits, spinach dips, and crab dip.

Ornate packaging and no mention of Syrah on the label, but it’s Columbia Valley dry Rosé. Pinkish with burnt orange tint. Large bubbles formed as wine approached room temperature (75F). Dry, fruity with some veg and pepper, slight astringency on finish. Blessedly dry. Decent acid. If you need a budget dry Rosé, you’d have a good start here
