How have I not seen this CSM wine for sale before?This is a first class Pinot Gris , appropriately like a drier Pinot Grigio. Full of Granny Smith Apple and fig flavors, this was a perfect accompaniment to a savory-sweet meal of coconut crusted chicken with sweet potato fries and sautéed kale.

Its a very palatable white, with no lingering after taste. However, the taste itself is a bit too vibrant and citrusy, from my perspective.
