Apricot aromas and flavors. Hint of baking spice. Not very floral on the nose. Missing some of the traditional Gewurtz characteristics in my opinion. A bit flat as the acidity is a pretty low. Also quite sweet.

On the sweeter side and fruity but actually paired really well with pad Thai. I wouldn’t necessarily drink with all foods but it worked well.
